If I save you time, I save you money. This is especially true for those of you who get paid by the hour. Lets not waste any more of your precious time.
Ok, you’re it. You’ve been chosen to plan this year’s family reunion. Your family members are all over the US and Canada. Everyone is busy, including yourself. The last reunion with your family was in the last decade so you know you’re due for another one. Where are you going to hold the big bash? What activities will you plan for? How are you going to get everybody there? The list goes on and on. And all this is going to take time, lots of it because you have a large family and not everyone sees eye to eye.
This isn’t you? Ok, lets try another one. Your golfing buddies just nominated you to plan the next golf getaway. You don’t want to let them down so you accept the challenge. You thumb through all the golf magazines, looking for all the must-play courses and cross reference with weather.com to see if the courses are open and playable at this time of year. Now it’s a matter of planning the itinerary, who to fly with, what hotel to stay at, what courses to book tee times at, where to eat and what to pack? The list goes on and on. And who has the time to do all of this?
Where did the time go? In this day and age, everybody seems to complain about one thing and that is the lack of time. You would think with all the technology that we have, we should have more time on our hands, but we don’t. Instead, we seem to be spinning our wheels and not getting things done because we’re out of time.
If you’re it and you need to plan the next outing then I advise you to come visit us and sign up by clicking here. It is a very good tool for group planning. Once you’ve declared the name of your group, you get your very own group home page where you can add and invite members to join. Your home page will be your main command post where you can suggest dates for your trip, track who’s arriving when and create a detailed itinerary. After the trip, you can use your home page to share photos, document the journey, highlight the good times and share the laughter.
Another good feature you can use to plan a reunion or a golf getaway is their sample ideas section. Here, they have organized an ideal group getaway. For instance, under the “Popular Group Trip Ideas for Guys”, we have several trip ideas such as “Classic Golf Experience at Pinehurst”,”Tuna and Tee Times in San Diego” or “Drive Til You Drop - 5 rounds of golf in Scottsdale”. Picking any one of these ideas, you’ll find a day-to-day, hour-by-hour schedule of the trip, from getting up at 10am to singing at the Rock Star Karaoke at 10pm. As you can expect, all of this can be customized to your liking.
There are hundreds of ideal group getaways ranging from a bachelorette party to a girlfriend spa retreat weekend for the gals and golf, golf, and more golf getaways for the guys. There’s fishing, skiing, family vacations, hiking, camping, biking and practically any activity under the sun, water and moon.
